The present subjunctive mood after exclamations beginning with "que"

Let's look at the following verses from the song:

"Que todos tus sueños los puedas lograr"

"Que reinen en tu alma la paz y la hermandad" 

In Spanish we can express an implied wish by saying que and then using the subjunctive mood to express the verb.

In the first verse above, the verb poder is in the present subjunctive mood for the second-person singular: puedas. 

The sentence, Que todos tus sueños los puedas lograr, has the same meaning as the sentence, Espero que  puedas lograr tus sueños. Both mean: "I hope you accomplish your dreams."

Here is the verb poder in the present subjunctive mood.

yo pueda tú puedas él pueda nosotros podamos vosotros podáis ellos puedan

In the second verse above, the verb reinar is in the third-person plural present subjunctive mood. 

"Que reinen en tu alma la paz y la hermandad" = " Espero que la paz y la hermandad reinen en tu alma"

Meaning: I hope that peace and brotherhood reign in your soul.

Verbs in the affirmative imperative tense

In this song you will notice that several of the verbs are commands in the third-person plural (vosotros).

cantad <-- cantar : sing 

venid <-- venir: come

traed <-- traer : bring

The imperative tense is very easy to form for vosotros. When you are giving a command or directions to a group of people whom you know well, you drop the r from the infinitive form and add a d.

Example

cantar (the infinitive form)

--> canta-

           --> cantad (the command form)

You may have also noticed the ending of levantemos in the verse: "Un trono levantemos." This is the imperative form of nosotros.

Levantar is an -ar verb. In the nosotros form of the imperative tense,
   -ar verbs end in -emos
and
   -er and -ir verbs end in -amos.

Thus, the verse "Un trono levantemos" means "Let's raise a throne."
